Refund policy

1 . We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2 . To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3 . Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,items that has been used or damaged is not returnable any more.
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

4 . Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

5 . Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We dont guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6 . To start a return,
--Send photos/video as proof of damaged/defective item to us.
--We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 15 days of the delivery date.
--Check the package carefully before signing for your item(s). If a package is delivered in damaged/damp/deformed condition, please request a "Damage Report/Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier. This will be one of the very important materials for damage return and refund.
--Please contact us with order ID of (website) within the applicable period.
--If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping address.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

a) . If 15 days have passed since the parcel was signed,unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
b) . Products which have been modified, welded or soldered are not eligible for return.
c) . Only regular priced items may be refunded.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Special orders are not returnable. Refunds are for the final purchase price only. Shipping costs, insurance, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
d) . Return for exchange: you are supposed to pay the return shipping fee and the price difference.
e) . If an order is refused, marked return to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address entered or any other reason, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product(s), less restocking fee and any applicable return shipping fees assessed to the parcel by the carrier. The original outbound shipping cost is nonrefundable. The applicable refund will be processed within 4-6 business days after the package has been received at our facility. However, if the return shipping fees assessed by the carrier exceed the original purchase subtotal, a refund will not be offered.

7 . Cancel delivery:
For all products (excluding made-to-order items), orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.
--Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
--Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

8 . Change of delivery address:
If you want to change the shipping address or delivery date,when your order has not yet been shipped(Time is usually within 24 hours).Please contact us and we can change the shipping address and delivery date for you.
Should you want to change the shipping address or delivery date after your item has been shipped, contact your courier immediately.If you need our help, we can try to get in touch with the international express service and update the arrangement for your package.We do not guarantee that packages that have been shipped can be successfully changed to a new shipping address for you.
Unfortunately,orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

9 . Refuse to accept the package:
We do not accept the refusal to return without any reasons. If you refuse to sign the parcel lead to the return, you will need to pay for the return shipping and the shipping fee we paid the first time. Any expenses incurred during the return of the parcel will also be deducted from your payment. So we suggest customers if have any problems (Such as place the wrong order/ want to cancel /want to exchange), please feel free to contact us within 24hours before shipping, so that we can help you solve it out timely.

10 . Return label/Return info:
We don't have return label, and we only have the return information. If you need to return, please kindly contact us via email first after you receive the parcel. We will send you the return steps and return information according to the condition, then you can try to use the International express back to us.

11 . Return shipping:
The original shipping fees will be removed from the refund. If the return is due to the buyer`s problem,The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
We do not provide return shipping labels. The return fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address or
incorrect address or marked as returned to the sender or return for any other reason.

12 . Lost in transit:
You may track your package in FedEx(fedex.com) or DHL(dhl.com) or UPS(ups.com) or 17TRACK(17track.net). If your order gets lost during transit or is marked delivered, and yet you cannot find it, contact your courier immediately. Once your order has shipped, your courier becomes responsible for its safe delivery.FedEx and DHL and UPS have excellent tracking and claims support on their parcel tracking pages.

13 . After receiving the return:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

14 . Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
